About
The Castillo de Farnes is a non sophisticated bar and cafe placed in the corner of Monserrate Street, very near to the National Museum of Fine Arts and Manzana de Gomez five stars hotel. Its a place for people who decide to escape from business meals, fixed schedules, twitter and facebook mania, in order to just sit in a calm place, and watch the world of the city. Flags from several countries and cloth logos of soccer teams will welcome you to relax for a while, take a cortadito and order the best paella in town. The bartenders are very friendly, as they were in the times when Ernst Hemingway visited the place to talk about basque playball. Explore the tapas, small portions of spanish products, see the big screen to delight the world soccer games or just talk with the locals enjoying cheap and good cuban beers.Details
