It is accompanied by rice, black beans, salads and French fries or fired bananas to reaffirm its autochthonous character. The friendly treatment of its workers in this Cuban "ranchn" makes the stay even better. It has one reserved parlor, bars with traditional cocktails and one of the largest wineries of Cuba.
