About
Grados is a family owned restaurant / paladar. We open on September 2017 in Havana City. Raulito Bazuk, the leader, he is not a chef, claims that his flavors are those that came from his mother and grandma. He is graduated from "Gato Dumas Colegio de Gastronomia" in 2012 in Montevideo, Uruguay. Raulito and his mother, Alina, decided to open Grados, at their own house that was built in 1913 in El Vedado neighborhood. They are passionate about the cuban and world cultures. Experimental cuban cuisine is cooked here. They never stop trying new flavors, and ingredients, wich 95% of them are raised or produced in Cuba or touched by cuban hands. Grados is driven by the same force who pushes for sustainabilty, inclussion and love troughout the planet. "Grados" is the name in spanish for "Stages" the poem of Hermann Hesse in his novel "The Glass Bead Game".
