Nice location. The government has definitely invested some money here. Sadly, the service is extremely poor, very slow, no courtesy greeting and seating no management obviously. Visit a private spot and they really look after you.

We have been going to this restaurant for the past 3 years and it is reasonably priced. you can get 2 beers and large pizza for 8.50 cuc’s. Give it a try !!
it has changed-we used to go to see all the cats but they have been removed-disappointed—pizza still good
