Thanks to all the customers for their review on the restaurant we really appreciate it But due to good review, new restaurants have been born that pretend to be us; using the name of Bistro is why we ask you to take a good look at the pictures of our place and that this has a terrace and its name is Bistro Trinidad, because if you ask at another restaurant, they may pose as us. On December 28, 2016, I decided to embrace my true passion and opened a restaurant, creating dishes with local ingredients where natural flavors prevail. About 90% of our products are from our farm, or from other local farmers and fishermen. At Bistro Trinidad you can enjoy with us on the terrace overlooking the historic center, the sea and the mountains or in our dinning room with a colonial decoration.
