Our restaurant - hostel is located in Calle Juan Manuel Mrquez # 54 A between Piro Guinart and Simon Bolivar, in the heart of the historic center of the beautiful city of Trinidad, declared a World Heritage Site in 1988 by UNESCO. We, the Soler family, are proud of our more than 25 years of experience in the tourism sector, first with Hostal El Rstico and for 8 years with El Criollo Restaurant. The specialty of the house is traditional Cuban food or "criolla" which is where the name of the establishment comes from. We also offer international, Italian, vegetarian and vegan food. All our staff is highly qualified and suitable for service work. It is worth mentioning the extensive knowledge of our barman in the Cuban and international cocktails, that added to the incredible sunset that you can enjoy from our terrace, will make your trip to Cuba an unforgettable experience.
