Organic Sushi my soul project. I have a passion for the finest ingredients and innovative and environmentally conscious gastronomical solutions. The foundation of all sushi is the rice of the highest quality prepared according to my own recipes. Most of the sauces and ginger are home made. Our rice is meticulously cooked, seasoned with a secret blend of vinegars and served at the ideal temperature. All seafood products are carefully selected, prepared and served at the peak of their flavor. Guests can enjoy their meal in our restaurant with its unique atmosphere or order a takeout to enjoy at home. All takeout and deliveries are packaged in bio-degradable containers by Vegware.
