At boderne1 we make food based on a concept we call intuitive food design. It means that it follows the season and the intuition of the head chef. You will experience pure tastes that will surprise you or make you feel nostalgia to the fullest. Our evening menu runs for three weeks and consists of six dishes. You can get all of them or just a few depending on your curiousity. We always have a wine menu that fits perfectly. We always have a stew, too. At lunch you can try our casting menu which consists of some of the dishes from the evening menu. Or you can choose from our small range of Danish open sandwiches, bfsandwich and more. Hygge and a down-to-eath atmosphere is in the high seat along with the great food and the great view overlooking the sea. We are looking forward to welcoming you. The opening hours of the kitchen: Lunch: 12.00-15.00 Dinner: 17.30-21.30
