In 2015, the YOBURGER was made and served in our first restaurant on Nrregade. By digging through all the layers of complexity, by deeply understanding the essence of the burger and by getting rid of all the parts that are non-essential we achieved simplicity but with ultimate sophistication in the YOBURGER.
