Welcome to Pasteur! We are a wine bar founded in 2016 located in sterbro, Copenhagen. We focus on wines free of chemical substances from the vineyard to the bottle. The wine list is diverse but at its core are the wines from the French region of Jura. Our small kitchen is based on seasonal and local organic produce. We also have a selection of beer, cocktails and spirits for you to enjoy in our cosy interior or outside terrace.
