Come in and visit us at our fabulous building, where good food and good design meet With Restaurant Paustian we have created an unpretentious lunch restaurant at Østerbro – in beautiful surroundings by the water at Nordhavn in Copenhagen. Our buildings from 1987 is by the world renowned Danish architect Jørn Utzon. Our way of food is not limited in any certain direction, and because of that we have not limited ourselves from seeking wide inspiration. Actually we seek inspiration from all parts of the world. When you visit Restaurant Paustian, you step into a lunch restaurant at Østerbro - but the flavours are not limited to the Nordic cuisine, but from all food cultures. Our lunch menu contains 10-12 different dishes, which we change according to the seasons and new inspiration from our chefs. We recommend that you choose 2-4 servings for your lunch.
