About
Mostar on Gammel Kongevej serves dishes from the Balkan and Mediterranean countries. The cuisine cooked in the kitchen is typical of the chef's upbringing in the former Yugoslavia. The food contains influences from Greece, Turkey and Italy, whilst retaining the traditional cooking styles and recipes of the chef's homeland. The menu includes whole lamb, which has been prepared on a rotating charcoal barbecue in the cellar, and the sweet pastries that the Mostar kitchen staff make from scratch. Grenadine is also sometimes found in our desserts and salads. In short, this is a restaurant with rustic, South European food based on fresh ingredients prepared with great love.
