Our pizza dough is made with a special blend of 4 different types of flour - spelled, kamut *, durum and wheat and sourdough . The cold raises 72 hours after a traditional recipe from ancient Rome. Pizza made in this way was called "Guderness Pizza". This method allows for a unique taste, a special fragrance and a finished product that is healthy for the stomach. To make a great pizza, do not necessarily have a fireplace, but a great stone oven that can hold a steady high temperature, as well as a pizza maker who is an expert in his field. We have both. So with a good batter, meat and flour of high quality tomatoes from southern Italy and real Italian mozzarella we say .... "Buon appetito"
