Excellent food and service. The staff was fantastic. The menu changes throughout the year. According to the employees, about 95% of the ingredients are locally sourced. They have a garden which they harvest much of their produce. We highly recommend this restaurant, everything was great.

Interesting new nordic food in an old factory building in the outskirts of Copenhagen. Informal and good vibes.
