Det Rene Brd is an organic and sustainable bakery with six locations spread across Copenhagen. The bakery first opened its doors in 1986 and has been 100% organic since 1988. We have a big variety of organic bread, pastries, cakes, pizza, sandwiches, as well as hot and cold drinks to enjoy with your food. The bakery is also doing its best to minimise its footprint on the environment, hence, only using electricity from wind energy. Det Rene Brd is also taking social responsibility by donating all the leftovers to homeless people - various organisations will pick up the leftovers every day and make sure it gets to the homeless people living on the streets of Copenhagen.
