Lima by Mercedes started in 2016 with the passion to share our love for Peruvian seafood with the world. Ceviche is the signature Peruvian seafood and Mercedes does it wholeheartedly through the wonderful fish palette available in Copenhagen. Her signature item is the "Ceviche Mixto", a very rich seafood plate which contains everything from salty to sweet to sour to crispy.
