In 2015, the YOBURGER was made and served in our first restaurant on Nrregade. By digging through all the layers of complexity, by deeply understanding the essence of the burger and by getting rid of all the parts that are non-essential we achieved simplicity but with ultimate sophistication in the YOBURGER. We believe in using the right ingredients, prepare them in the right way and serve them with a great experience. Our YOBRUGERS are made from fantastic Danish ground beef on Belgian butter toasted brioche buns with American cheese, crisp lettuce, slices of tomato and our remarkable magic sauce.
