Having been to Aamans in inner city Copenhagen, I’m sad to say that this was not a good experience as everything appeared pre-fabricated and tasted like you could buy it in Netto, despite that it took quite some time before the food arrived.
Plan enough time at airport to have a last local specialty. Try the ones with lots of shrimps and the one with herring with a local alcoholic beverage, superb – but need time to wait, can be busy!
Inside Copenhagen airport this restaurant offers a cosy, spacious place to sit and have a good open sandwich while you wait for your flight. While the open sandwich is a typical common one-sided sandwich it is fresh and tasty.
