About
Caf Ultimo is an Italian restaurant in historic Tivoli Gardens in the heart of Copenhagen. The restaurant can trace its origins back to 1883, with the construction of a circular open-air dance floor near Stadsgraven, the city's reservoir. In 1923, the building was redeveloped into a tea room, and the characteristic columns added, giving the building just the right nostalgic feel. The columns are still there, but cakes have been replaced by exquisite Italian-inspired food, using only the finest ingredients. 21st century design has also made its mark on the building, and Caf Ultimo is now a bright space with light coming in from all sides and through a large skylight, creating a unique atmosphere.
