The ocean is spoiling us every day with incredible flavors that we can’t imagine living without. But the oceans are under pressure and if we want fish for the future generations, we need to take action now. Plastic-islands, rising ocean temperatures and overfishing are just some of the few effects that challenges the balance of the oceans. As sushi lovers we see this as our finest assignment to fight for the oceans and do everything we can to turn around the negative development – and we would like to invite you on-board on our journey. We are working hard to become Europe’s most sustainable sushi brand at all points. As an example, we as the only sushi chain in Europe, are serving fully certified sustainable fish. Even though there are always room for improvement and new solutions, when it comes to sustainability, we are very proud to be front-runners! By the end of 2020 we have a goal of achieving certified with the organic silver label.
