About
Nordic inspired four- or five course set menu by two former Noma souschefs. The menu is made from quality products in season from the northern European region. The restaurant was awarded Michelins Bib Gourmand in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The style of food is balanced between comfort and innovation in flavours and choice of ingredients. The team aims to constantly challenge themselves, the ingredients, the producers and ultimately the flavour. Some examples from the menu counts bulls balls with tartare sauce, cod head, veal shank braised overnight and a bone marrow crme brle. The restaurant is located in the Copenhagen Latin Quarter, and the style of the restaurants reflects the atmosphere of this part of the city. BROR has a rustic, relaxed and warm setting, and the staff aims to treat guests like friends of the family. BROR is the Danish word for brother, and it symbolises care, respect and honesty; values which the restaurant is built upon.
