Slurp Ramen Joint is a small 21-seat ramen restaurant in Nansengade, close to Norreport. To give justice to the original dish from Japan, Team Slurp falls back on extensive research conducted in Tokyo and focuses heavily on sourcing the best available ingredients from both Denmark and Japan.
