FOOD We want to bring high quality and inspiration to create a good dining experience at an attractive price. We offer 'Dish of the Day' and 2 menus of 7 or 12 small dishes that can be enjoyed over 45 minutes or 4 hours depending on your time and temperament. SERVING We serve dishes as social dining - which means that dishes is served at the table to share for you and your company. Social dining creates a warm and cozy atmosphere at the table. The food comes to the table as small dishes in tapas style, which helps to provide a good interaction and informal atmosphere. OUR CONCEPT Since we opened in 2015 we have developed a 80/20 concept. This means that 80% of food is green, and 20% are eg lamb, pork, venison, fish / seafood or poultry. Whether it is vegetables or meat you eat at FREDERIKSGADE 42, we will always serve a produce that is grown properly, or where animal welfare is high.
