Charolais er i dag kendt som den bedste kvgrace, nr det glder okse- og kalvekd. Charolais stammer fra det midtfranske hjland og er en meget gammel kvgrace. Den kom til Danmark i 1959. I dag er Charolais meget populr, nr der skal produceres okse- og kalvekd af hj kvalitet. Den franske Charolais er hvid og muskuls. Kdet er velmarmoreret, saftigt, mrt og velsmagende. If you want good meat, then this is your place, not a cheap one but very good quality. only minus was that they didn’t,t have any red wine by glasses then, only bottles.
A must-go-there-when-in-Herning restaurant. Very good meat cooked perfectly. Pretty small restaurant that feels nice but poorly soundproof so the noise level is a bit strong at times.
It’s all about steaks, and this must have been the most expensive steak I ever had, but it was beautifully cooked and delicious. The French fries that came with it were no as good.
As this place offers world best steaks (according to my husband) we had to check if the first impression still holds. Again we were very happy with the food – choice and taste and service was great too. I can definitely recommend visiting!
Went here on the basis of reviews on TA and was not disappointed. Friendly English speaking staff. Delicious steak cooked to perfection. Nice local beer too. Recommended.
