ubat veggie is 100 % vegetarian and vegan kitchen where meat, fish and poultry are left out. Instead we focus on vegetables, fruits and everything else that grows from earth, but also the well-known dairy products from the region in combination with the culinary capabilities from our sister Restaurant Tabu. Creativity, spontaneity, new knowledge and new flavors are the dogma for ubat veggie. A playground for our chefs, where you can expect our menu card to change regularly. As the first of its kind in North Jutland ubat veggie wants to push the limits of what we can do with vegetables. That vegetables no longer have to be an accessory for a dish, but that they can easily make a whole meal if they are put together properly. With that said, we want ubat veggie to be a place for everyone who wants a good taste experience, whether you are a vegetarian, vegan or something else. ubat veggie is for everyone.
