Homestyle cooking with organic produce. Anchers cafe is located in the historic Saxilds Gaard cottage next to the museum Anchers Hus. During the summer the cafe serves Danish omelette made from organic produce, homemade cakes and pastries, organic icecream, coffee, tea, chilled white wine and local, artisan beer.
