Restaurant Holger at Color Hotel Skagen is a popular place to eat. In the summer of 2014 the restaurant opened in new settings. A bright restaurant with direct access to a cosy courtyard.Focus is on the classic nordic kitchen with a seasonal menu, which changes accordingly.Besides a fantastic kitchen Restaurant Holger also offers extraordinary wine experiences. The specially designed walk-in wine cabinet contains up to 1008 wine bottles. The cabinet works as a visual wine list, where all the wine bottles are visible to the guests.We look forward to seeing you.
