About
Brasserie Svanen wants to be a restaurant for everyone who appreciates good food and a nice glass of wine. We are a simple place with simple pleasures. We have no fancy furniture, no expensive wine glass, we are not seeking Michelin stars or international recognition. We simple want to produce solid and good food, for a reasonable amount of money. We want a place, where everybody is welcome and can stop by to enjoy good food, produced with lots of love, from scratch. A place were passion, artisanship and love is on the plate, and flows in the glass. We have a little something for everyone, steaks and wine or beers and burgers, we are flexible and can also produce vegan, or allergy free food. All this, combined with our view over both Lillebaelts-bridges, makes us a unique place to enjoy your dinner, lunch, coffée, cake or beer. You are welcome at Brasserie Svanen. This is a very fine Brasserie – and it has a Fantastic view t the harbour. The food is great. Had a Tapas Meal – a number og very fine tastings. The general atmosphere is very pleasant.
Great Food and Wine pairing. Best place in town with the fabulous view.Had a three course dinner with a lot of small extra tastings
A very nice little place by the harbor with extremely good service. The food was good, and the general atmosphere was pleasant. The chef was very accommodating with regard to my food allergies, and our waitress was nice and helpful.
