Hailey's Cafe opened in Middelfart May 15, 2013 by Steen Hede, after undergoing a major redevelopment. Originally there had been bakery business at the address and before the redevelopment of the cafe could take place, we had to be establish heating, sewerage, power, etc.. Only then could the decorating of the cafe begin. After almost 4 months of intensive work, Cafe Hailey's opened in Middelfart. The reason for the name Hailey's is because the cafe is named after Steen Hede's granddaughter Hailey. We very much hope that you will have a pleasant moment with us and we will do our utmost to make you feel comfortable.
