The vineyard of Vester Vedsted is a little family business where we grow and produce red, white, rose and sparkeling wines. We also distillate various kinds of alcohol end brew beer. In connection with the production we offer very good food. 80 % of our products are from local organic or biodynamic farmers. The son in law is a French chef and he plays with all these marvelous products. It is of course possible to enjoy our own wines, beers and other drinks while eating in the cosy little restaurant. We offer lunch, home made cakes, fine dining/gourmet and brunch (on Sundays). Every Sunday at 10 am the wine farmer takes guests on a guided tour in the vineyard and the production locals. The tour takes about 1 hour and costs 95 kr. pr. person. The vineyard end restaurant is situated in the beginning of a forest and we have ducks, hens and geese - many nice things to look at for children and people who like to spend time close to nature.
