ABOUT US At the end of Denmark's longest avenue, which is part of Ledreborg Castle, is Herthadalen located. The beautiful rooms, each with a private terrace overlooking Knapso, can accommodate 15-200 people and is a perfect setting for your outing, picnic, birthday, anniversary, weddings, christenings, meetings, courses, conferences etc. NB! If you / I want to visit our restaurant, we are open every Friday from April to December and for lunch during the summer. CONCEPT We want to use the principle of subsidiarity. Therefore we produce from Ledreborg, Land of Legends and Camps municipality and we have our own herb garden which we use daily. Another principle is that we want to use the entire animal from nose to tail, avoiding wastage. The menu and the cut is determined by the animals we have and what season we are. We provide therefore a sustainable product with an understanding of ecology and animal welfare - Happy Animals just tastes better! It's you as a guest, which is in the center, and our kitchen will work with you to create individual solutions. - Two parties are never the same.
