Barttola Brasserie, is a restaurant with a culinary concept of international author cuisine. It is the only restaurant in the Dominican Republic that has an executive chef, Javier Cabrera, awarded with 1 Michelin Star and 1 Sol Repsol, these being the most important awards for culinary excellence at an international level. It is the first restaurant to take our country to win a Gold Medal in the most important international gastronomic competition of the American continent.
