At Gran Parador Bellamar, we strive to offer our guests a 5 star dining experience. We are home to some of the tastiest, most tender ribs you will have enjoyed! We are a must visit in Santo Domingo if you are seeking true Dominican style BBQ at its finest. We start the smokers at 5am, every day, 7 days a week. We smoke all meats fresh daily and we have a wide range of sides and desserts to accompany. These are also prepared daily using only the freshest, most natural ingredients we can find. Our ribs are smoked for hours until they fall off the bone (literally). We only prepare what is needed for the day, so once they're gone, they're gone! The result is a flavor and texture of meat unlike any other that make people come back for more. Gran Parador Bellamar, a must stop when visiting the Dominican Republic!
