Went there because it was the only restaurant open at 2am. I had a noodle dish and regreted it. Very greasy, not very flavorful. No wonder people in other tables were adding so much aji and ketchup to their fried rice dishes.
we went for dinner during carneval season when a lot of restaurants are closed in Cuenca. Balcon Quiteno was open. Bar-type food, mid-to good quality, fast service, worth the price. Service ok, ambience fast food like and a bit loud. But really ok.
The food was good and staff was very friendly. I would recommend it. We are going back to Cuenca, we will eat there again. The staff even called your cab. Nice place
The ambience is normal the food is average, the service is average and the cost also is average, nothing excited.
Not much to look at but hamburger was pretty good. Shrimp with noodles was in an Asian type sauce and there was plenty of it. No English spoken or on menu but we managed.
