Since 1990, at the restaurant La Calderada, we have been preparing different dishes and specialties in seafood, always trying to provide the best quality to our customers. Our restaurant was initially established in Manglaralto, Santa Elena, by Isabel Perez Cereceda and our recipes are part of a family tradition that has passed from one generation to the next.
