Our native ecuadorian cuicine using organic vegetables. Potatoes in extinction like Oca, mashuas, or the new and exotic fruits as babaco, uvillas, and araza. The use of native herbs as paico, jengibre, yuca, maito leaves and more. Existing seafood only in Galapagos as a witch fish, lobster and chinese prawns. This is no ordinary restaurant. Luigi is a chef, not just a cook, and he cooked our steaks to perfection. The desert was pretty good too, and we loved the music. If you’re in Riobamba it’s worth seeking this restaurant out.

Is the second time I eat in Cocina al Tiesto and i can say this restaurant in Riobamba. Also the best steak in Ecuador. My parent had chicken and shrimp those dishes were also amazing.
