Manso Mix is a health-conscious cafeteria. No artificial flavor enhancers, no processed ingredients. Whole grains hamburgers, organic vegetable snacks, Vegetarian version of local dishes and Ecuadorian organic chocolate desserts. Despite our concern for health, we make an extensive use of natural seasonings to create a tasty menu. Food made with love and respect for the environment (and for our customers). Most ingredients are purchased from local, small farmers.
