About
We are artisan wood grill, our goal is to preserve the essence of Argentine countryside BBQ (asado). We came from Alpachiri in the province of La Pampa, Argentina. We are the only ones to grill with wood in Quito at 9000 feet above sea level. We use 100 % Ecuadorian raw materials (except for yerba mate), we are happy to have a piece of Argentina in this beautiful city of Quito. We also Ecuadorian artisan products beer.
