My husband and I have been hunting high and low for a good cappuccino and found it at Cacao & cacao around the corner from Mercure in Quito. Amazing cappuccino and service. The owner also speaks fluent English.
Excellent selection of high-quality chocolates and coffees, with coffee bar and cakes and pastries. The people working there spoke English and Spanish and were knowledgeable about their products.
