Since 2011 we have been producing craft beers inspired by classic German and European styles. Constantly following the law of German purity "Reinheitsgebot" of 1516. We diversify details and textures according to the national taste: Perfect relation between the brewing tradition and the charm of Ecuador. Our beers are handmade and made in small cooking portions. We do not pasteurize or use any flavouring or other artificial element. Cherusker is in the Brewery zone of La Mariscal, this one has my favorite beers! Nice sitting on the front patio, watching a ballgame, listening to music, or just enjoying a decent micro brew.
The ambiance is great. The craft beer is excellent. If you can’t make up your mind, you can ask for a sample of each beer they sell. Make sure to carry some ID because you won’t be let in if you have none.
Had a nice, not great, beer here in Quito. Still trying to find the nice craft beer. I guess I just need it after being on the road for so long.
