When I decided to create a restaurant where domestic and foreign people would sit and enjoy the delicious Cuban cuisine in Ecuador, my main motivation was to place at all my customer's disposal my many years of experience devoted to haute cuisine. The smells, colors and flavors of the Cuban food get to your table thanks to the amazing variety the climate and fields of the Andes offer. Tradition and innovation merge into my homeland's recipes, which you can taste today at this modest meeting point that is already yours. We have no greater desire than to see our cultures and the people from our countries united through this small Cuban space outside of the island. Welcome to Don David Internacional.
