Current concept: SSAMbal Indonesian/Korean cuisine Laboratorio is a restaurant incubator located in what used to be a steel product factory. The space has been remodeled utilizing recycled elements from the factory creating an industrial yet green space where nature mixes with the architecture of the place. Our concept is to provide creative young chefs from around the world with the oportunity of presenting their pop up concept for a few months. Currently we serve inventive Indonesian and Korean food by Jakartan chef Dimas Putra Pratama and South Korean cook Chami Lee
