About

Small restaurant located in the north of Quito opened since 2001 where we work a high level Ecuadorian cuisine. Three generations of cooks who from Rosa Gordillo's Picantera in the historical center dominated the 1940s until in the 1970s Blanca Inga took the post. Now his son Mauricio Acua has become a reference of the new Ecuadorian cuisine. Flavors of Memory travels to live a unique experience.
