Building on our pioneering first restaurant, our new endeavor is also led by Chef Pastora Tugulinago who has over 35 years experience in creating gourmet, plant-based Ecuadorian traditional cuisine. Sourcing primarily organic, local, fair trade products, Chef Pastora has won numerous awards for her inventive, flavorful, and sustainable dishes. We also feature Japanese coffee siphon and craft beer.
