Altamira is a nice restaurant in Quito Old Center, down strairs from "Basilica del Voto Nacional". We receive you in a typical Colonial Home with an patio. The food is international, ecuadorian and french. We use frech products from the local marquet. We speack 3 languages: english, spanish and french. A shame only open for lunch as the food was excellent. Homemade chips, beautiful salad and tast chimichurri sauce. The setting in the courtyard was lovely, so peaceful and very much needed in Quito.
