En 1930 un visionario quiteo elev dos pisos ms la antigua casa ubicada en la Calle Garca Moreno y Chile y abri el Hotel Majestic, primer establecimiento hotelero de lujo de la ciudad de Quito. Su calidad gastronmica y calidez en el servicio es histrica. En la dcada pasada este majestuoso edificio reabri como Hotel Plaza Grande despus de varios aos de inactividad. Great service and nuance and subtlety in the sauces. Everythings was thought out in order to maximize flavor. Of course the cost for a meal of similar value would be hard to replicate in the USA.
We stayed at the Plaza Grande and this is their in house restaurant. The food was terrific and good value. The Tuna starter was outstanding and the presentation of all courses was good. The waiters were very attentive and understanding
The staff is really fully dedicated and the food was very good. This is definitely not our type of ambiance I will say, but we had a great time.
After a long day of walking and touring, it was a most pleasant evening spent dining at Belle Epoque. We were offered 3 course, appetizer, entree and dessert. Dessert was a triple sampler of the restaurant’s best!
We had an amazing dinner here. Everything was top notch. The chef is French and it shows in the detail of the dishes served.
