This is a nice restaurant with an attentive staff that, at least our waiter, speaks English well. The food was good the prices reasonable in this area and we may go back even though we are only a few days more in this city

Outside Independence Square, you can walk into this amazing garden interior which used to be a convent and find on the second floor a restaurant that overlooks the interior; the food is the best we had in Quito. Go!
We ate lunch here and I had a chicken sandwich and fries that were very tasty. My husband had lomo saltado that was also very good. This restaurant is upstairs in the bishop’s palace and a very pleasant indoor atrium environment.
