Meneses reminds of an american diner. Good menu with ecudorian specialities as well as burgers and sandwiches. We had the shrimp ceviche which was served together with popcorn and it was excellent! Very nice and friendly staff. Good coffee bd smoothie.Great value!

If you want to eat great, spend some good times while visiting downtown Quito visit the cafeteria. They have excellent food (desserts and main courses), and the price is great! Ecuadorian style service – friendly and polite workers. Clean place.
