A ‘cebiche’ is the main ocean delight dish, and is a characteristic one to eat in the morning. Loganita was the best place to eat it; however, after she became the Major she slacked off and now there are better ones.

This is a local place near the coast in Salinas. They have great grilled shrimp and ceviche. You can eat outside (open air) or inside.
