La pasion por cocinar juntan caminos en Salinas y nace el restaurante Claudio y Alberto Bistr&Coffee en un lugar con historia y encanto, el Hotel Yulee y sus 85 aos de hospitalidad. Ofrecemos platillos italianos preparados con esos sabores que solo un italiano vero tiene. Y completamos el men con recetas tradicionales de casa y los buenos restaurantes de antao, preparados con los mariscos y carnes que se encuentran en los puertos y mercado cercanos. Un comedor principal con arcos y vigas de madera que recuerdan los bistros de las costas mediterrneas, y una terraza exterior con su glorieta al aire libre y guirnaldas con luces de colores, crean ambientes especiales a la hora de comer. Gnocchis alla sorrentina, spaghettis alla carbonara o con salsas putanesca, pesto y bolognesa (clsica, 3 horas de coccin), pulpo al pimenton, langostinos al ajillo o a la plancha, mahi mahi al grill, sashimi de atun, corvina a la mantequilla, postres: tiramisu, torta 3 chocolates.Cafe espressoDetails

Best Eggplant Parmigiana that I ever tasted. We were not expecting much, and found this hidden gem of incredible Italian food. Every family member was delight on what they had. Looking forward to many return trips. Clams were to die for.

Wonderful seafood meal cooked to order. Tasty wine . Great side salad. Nice outdoor setting. Gracious hosts. Nice find on our coastal trip.
